Pet owners should be aware of the following basic rules:

• The maximum number of dogs and cats over the age of four (4) months that may be kept on premises is four (4).
• Dogs and cats must have a current rabies vaccination. Dogs must also have a current El Paso County license, which may be purchased from the Humane Society.
