Streets and sidewalks are public right-of-ways for vehicles and pedestrians.
Public right-of-ways should be kept clear of landscaping materials, basketball hoops and toys (when not in use), overgrown bushes, tree limbs, and other obstructions. During winter months snow and ice need to be cleared after a snow event.
