I am concerned about a proposed development. How do I voice my opinion, and how do I participate in a public hearing or meeting?

Citizens may attend the Planning Commission and Board of Trustees meetings. The Planning Commission meets the second Wednesday of every month, and the Board of Trustees meets the first and third Monday of every month. Written comments are also accepted by Staff on all development issues. They are included in the Staff Report packages that are sent to the Planning Commission and Board of Trustees for development items.
