The Town of Monument Zoning Ordinances are subject to continual change.
While every attempt is made to keep this on-line version current, it should be used for reference only. The most recent Ordinances amending the Town of Monument Code may be found in the office of the Town Clerk.
The online version of the Municipal Code is updated twice annually following the codification of recent Town Ordinances. This service usually takes 6 to 7 months and is provided through LexisNexis Municipal Codes, Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., 701 East Water Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902. It can be assumed that the online Code is at a minimum 7 Months out of date.
